I’m about to head out the door to leave for work, and I have been told the actual temp is about -21 and the wind chill makes it feel like -47.  Barrow, Alaska, 300 miles north of the Arctic Circle, checks in at 3 this morning.  To think, one week ago I was strolling down the sidewalk in a t-shirt in San Francisco, where the locals were bundled up in ski masks with the morning temp a cool 50.
