It’s been a crazy week for many reasons.  Unfortunately, I am prohibited from talking about any of them.  I am hiding each of my adventures from at least one person, so an otherwise exciting blog entry is instead very dull.  But I can leave you all to wonder.  That really leaves me with nothing interesting to say, which sucks, cause I have some very good stories.

Here are a few odds and ends, observations, and other random bits of info.
  • The Twins are right back in the race for the AL Central.  Just 1 game behind Chicago enterting Thursday’s action, the Twins are one of just five AL teams with a fighting shot of the playoffs.
  • Our work football pool went poorly for me last week, as I finished 17th making my weekly predictions.  If only the Chargers, Vikings, and Colts would have won.
  • I have switched from using hair spray to mousse after discovering Lauren’s bottle of Tresemme.  Ooh la la!
  • I DJ a second Latino-themed wedding dance Saturday night… in a cave.
  • Carpenter Bash V planning continues.  The shop will not be in “camping” condition, so we will have to plan on other accomodations.  If there are only a few people coming, we could probably sleep inside.
  • Today is the seventh anniversary of the day Brandon walked in the dorm room and shut off my game of Tetris to tell me about some sort of national emergency.
  • If I had to re-order my old Top 100 TV Shows of All-Time list, I think Scrubs could safely be bumped up two or three spots into the top four positions.
  • I am saving my last 2.5 days of vacation at work for potential Twins playoff games.
  • I realize if I have to DJ while there’s a Twins playoff game going on, someone’s going to have to bring a TV in for me.
  • I wore a long-sleeve shirt today for the first time since early April.
Check back next time to see if I leak any info on my “big surprises!”
