I drive many miles, six days a week and usually rely on audio books for my entertainment, but occasionally switch on the radio for a change of pace. There is a local station that is just horrible, playing the absolute WORST in country music, but it always comes in nice and clear and has a daily call in show that can be funny, profitable, and irritating all at the same time.”

And don’t forget to read my new column from this morning in the post below.
I have to agree with Mom about the farmer’s market. It’s almost infuriating to listen to, but once in a great while you’ll hear somebody call in with something decent. One other thing that I’d like to add to the Farmer’s Market topic is how much freakin’ time Jim Aesoph wastes. I remember when Jim was on vacation earlier this summer. Somebody else who works at the radio station did the farmer’s market for him and easily covered twice as many callers as Jim. If he didn’t insist on giving every other caller a damn check mark, that one person who had something interesting to sell that day may actually have the chance to get a call to go through, and no Jim, their car most likely isn’t blue.
